Our 5-step strategy
-
We identify abortion providers and facilities that have a history of unsafe practices or are actively involved in suspicious behavior.
-
We cultivate relationships with local pro-life advocates, sidewalk counselors, pregnancy centers, and policy influencers to form effective coalitions in the communities where dangerous abortion businesses are located.
-
Through our Client Safety Advocates Training, we empower frontline community members by equipping them to identify and report suspicious or illegal behavior.
-
Using the information we have gathered as well as what has been reported to us by local pro-life advocates. we meticulously research and document all laws and regulations being violated by abortion facilities. We then discreetly reporting our findings to the appropriate authorities.
-
We work with state agencies to ensure thorough investigations are conducted and appropriate actions are taken, pursuing justice until every option is exhausted. Women are protected and preborn lives are saved when abortion businesses are held accountable.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
To maintain patient privacy, we will never request pictures or names of a patient. We recognize that the woman has already endured a traumatic event, and we aim to honor her by advocating for her right to medical justice without public exposure. We can carefully construct a case using information provided by a patient or community advocate and work to protect her from further harm. Should she choose to approach us directly, we will safeguard her privacy to the fullest extent possible.
-
No. The work we do at the Center for Client Safety rarely involves the official use of attorneys. However, due to our role in violation reporting and ensuring regulatory agencies hold abortion businesses accountable, attorneys often seek our assistance. We do not engage in litigation but can refer clients to attorneys who can if they wish to do so. Our primary function is to provide documentation to the appropriate state and federal regulatory agencies and ensure abortion facilities are held accountable to the laws on the books.
-
The Center for Client Safety begins by researching the violations based on the information provided by local pro-life advocates or women who have experienced harm at an abortion facility. Next, we thoroughly review the relevant laws and draft a complaint detailing the violations and the corresponding regulations being broken. After submitting a complaint to the appropriate agency, we consistently monitor the complaint's status and appeal to the state department until appropriate action is taken.
-
If the Center for Client Safety is confident that we have submitted a valid and well-documented complaint, we will escalate it to higher-level officials. In cases where new evidence emerges or we identify opportunities to add to the complaint, we will revise and resubmit it as needed. We do not close a case until we have exhausted every option.
